*Important Instructions
- Conference registration is mandatory for Room Reservation.
- Rooms will be allotted on first cum first serve basis.
- Booking for rooms at each hotel will be closed as soon as our guaranteed rooms are filled. Please book the rooms well in advance and avoid last minute disappointment.
- Whenever an available hotel becomes overbooked, The Organising Committee reserves the right to move you to an alternative hotel. (Any difference of amount higher must be paid by the delegate or if Lower Refunded by the Organisers)
- Refund will be not applicable on Cancellation Accommodation booked after 1st December 2024.
- There is no option available for 1 night booking.
- Single Occupancy: Stay for 1 Delegate
- Double Occupancy: Stay for 2 Persons. (Delegate + Spouse)
- Twin Sharing: Stay for Delegates on sharing basis with colleagues.
- The Twin sharing room tariff mentioned is the rate per person.
- Please mention the name of the person you wish to share with along with their registration number
- We Suggest that both make the booking simultaneously to make the room allocation process simple. d. Rooms with twin beds are limited, Book Immediately
- If your preferred twin sharer is unable to confirm their booking within 7 days of your reservation, we’ll be happy to arrange alternative accommodations on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that after this point, changes may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding.
